We had a realtor refer us for the purpose of getting an approval letter quickly. Unfortunately- our information was sold when dealing with this firm. We received 40 spam calls on day 1. Then less calls as time progressed. We eventually had to “opt out “- but still receive many solicitations. We’ve never seen this before(& we are very experienced in this space). As feedback- we would like to make the suggestion to set the expectation of the possibility of being solicited unnecessarily and / or practice being proactive to avoid this happening in the first place. Hi, We did keep our promises. We provided a PreQual letter fast and prepared to close in 14 days. This is often needed, by clients to secure the home they want to buy. As discussed on the phone and in email, prior to your post, we do NOT sell your information and recommended you Opt Out. The 3rd party credit bureaus are allowed to sell your name and email to other companies. This is happening all over the US. Right now, there is pending legislation to stop this practice. Let’s hope the bill passes to stop these other companies. I respect you are annoyed and have experience in this space, but we can’t even do what you are stating. If you think about this, it will mean, I want 40 others of my competitors to call you. That would not make any sense. I wish you much happiness in your journey to get a mortgage. I still recommended you Opt Out and until the legislation passes, credit bureaus are allowed to sell your data in the mortgage world.

Patty is extremely knowledgeable. However, the communication within her team could be better. But, the overall experience was thorough & we are grateful that Patty's team got us through to closing.
Communications were a little bumpy in the beginning, but got alot better towards the end.

Good communication all the time....
As the Community Manager for a builder, I find that Patty, Shawn and Zach are always eager to help, willing to brainstorm options and available to me and my customers to discuss strategies at any time, most importantly, on the weekends. The array of programs offered allows my customers to choose the plan that works best for them.
All the people who work there are very nice people, they work fast and most importantly they give you the security you need when buying a property.
