Process took so long . Several times we had to send the documents over and over again.

Very responsive and knowledgeable. Answered our very many questions. What would have made it even better is to have a conversation mid way into the process about what to expect in the loan documents for the home2home loan. We felt there was unexpected things later in the process that needed to be explained so it would have been better to know that sooner. That may have been explained in a video but with the craziness of work, not all of us have time to listen and watch. Overall it was great and we appreciate all your help and look forward to selling our house and finalizing our actual loan.

I think I would prefer more communication to explain along the way so I don’t feel lost. Ultimately my concern as the buyer (or seller) is how much money is needed for this transaction. Otherwise all else was great!
