The entire process was smooth and Patty Newby's team was always there to help and assist in every step of the loan process.

The process of gathering documentation could have been an easier process, we were asked to send documents repeatedly and most of the documents ask from us was the same documents sent previously, sending the needed documents should be establish up front not as we go in order to make the process run smoother.

I had never applied for a mortgage before on my own and the app and texts, emails made me less stressed with the constant communication. I had a home 2home loan last minute when I looked at another option wasn’t going to work . So the team had to work super fast and hard . I liked using the thrive app because I could see how close I was getting to my closing date. Every step cleared made me relieved and excited. Patty and her team reached and introduced themselves during the process they were working on. It made it easy to ask questions I had.

I felt out of the loop on things. The buyer would have questions and call me and I had no idea what was going on.

I did most of the document work and I felt like I just put it out there but was asked again to send it at the end. Also no one communicated at 6 months we would lose out lower interest rate at 6 months. We really had to reach out more than you group was talking to us. Again last week of closing had reproduce the same documents. Some where new. Loan designer was way to busy with multiple loans to give us personal communications. We have had better experience with taking second loans out with over communication from other loan companies. I guess it would have been nice to just call us over 7 months it took to close. We still don’t know who or how we make monthly payments to and our HOA was never discussed how we pay them or do they reach out. A lot of things went unanswered.

We didn’t receive enough communication at the start about how we didn’t have a locked interest rate. Only recurve minimal information on the progress until the end. Then it was a big push to get information. Most communication was us asking and text from you.

Easy closing process.

Overall, a pleasant experience with this lender. The house buying process will always be a drag, but when you have lenders who supply you with tools & resources to make it easier, the process can be less of a headache than it typically is.

The ease of the app & the ease to upload necessary documents. Plus, the strong commitment to aid us in getting the home we desire.

Patty many years of experience was noticed when she address concerns my husband and I had regarding the loan. She had images on line to show us during our phone conversations. Also emailed us with updates throughout the process. Patty and the team is awesome. Thank you

Jen was amazing. Staying informed, consistent was a great deal for me and I got it. They are available to answer questions and to educate throughout the process. That made me very comfortable and know what to expect. I felt I was greatly taken care of by this company and the patrons.
