The people at LoanDesigner are friendly and work hard for you. My experience overall wasn't great due to confusing instructions and changing requirements. But the effort by the team was strong and goals of the team were always to help me and find the best deal for m.

Great Experience!

A very detailed explanation of our loan process and smooth closing.

Patty and the Thrive team provided great service and were able to assist us during a specific challenge related to COVID19, which is especially worthy of big KUDOS.

There was too much confusion and disorganization within your organization. Clients were called to submit documents they had already submitted. Patty repeatedly passed the blame to her “team” without ever apologizing for a mishap. She never seemed to be in the office or know what was going on. We are so grateful to Mark who finally came through at the 11th hour so we could balance the CD and Close on time. He stayed late both Thursday and Friday nights and kept us posted on progress.

Buying a home and dealing with mortgage lenders is never fun, until we met Patty. Patty and her amazing team made the entire process stress free!
