Very quick. I was in a jam since my house was not yet under contract & the closing date for my new house was a month away. Patty gave me a solution that worked great for me & turnaround was fast. Otherwise I would have had to start over. My current house is now set to close & i have a brand new one waiting for me thanks to Patty & her staff. Kudos to the builder for putting us together.
