Patty Newby also had several informative videos explaining the process. They walked us through, what was to us, a very confusing time. During this time of covid-19, were able to do everything over docusign which was both safe for everyone and convenient for us. Patty Newby repeatedly tried to cheat us. She said we locked into a high interest rate that we never did. We were sent a disclosure saying we requested 9K be added to our loan, which we did not. Her boss had to fix these and other issues. When I tried to explain a lie I caught her in, she raised her voice like a lunatic and hung up on me. She has no conscience as evidenced by her disrespect and conniving ways. Patty, yes just before we closed on our loan, we talked on the phone, you raised your voice at me, hung up on me, wouldn’t return any more calls, and I had to get your boss involved to get our loan properly closed. Had nothing to do with “telling me what I wanted to hear.” Even now you are lying to try and save your sorry reputation. And sending an Tylenol and tea packet as a “thank you” after everything we went through with your antics is a sorry and classless thing to do. I hope you go out of business so you can’t do to anyone else what you did to us.

Patty and her team are the most unprofessional and incompetent lending team my family has ever used. We were hung up on when we tried to ask in depth questions. We were border line extorted when they told us we would owe over $5,000 dollars to switch lenders that beat their rates. Not a single disclosure we were sent to sign was correct. On multiple occasion our rates and fees would increase with no excuses. We finally had to get supervisors involved in order to complete our loan funding.

Great Customer service

My wife and I started our home search process in February using Thrive's Home2Home program, and as we all know it was a different world then. I'm the type of person that needs to go through information multiple times before I understand. Patty and her team were very accommodating with answering all my questions, and staying on the phone with me multiple times until I understood and was comfortable with everything. We finally closed on our new home in September. It was a good experience all around and we would use Patty and her team with Thrive Mortgage again.

This is our second time using Patty Newby - Thrive Mortgage LLC -theLoanDesigner to purchase a home. They are amazing. Their entire staff are such a pleasure to work with. Professional, yet polite, courteous, attentive, and are always there to answer any questions or concerns you may have. They get things moving quickly. I wouldn't even dream of using anyone else for our next purchase. I highly recommend them to anyone considering which mortgage company to go with.

From start to finish Patty and her team made our re-finance an easy and seamless process! With both of us being busy it was nice to not have to really worry about anything. Notary came to us to have us sign all of the final documents and was in and out in less than 30 minutes! It was a pleasure working with Thrive Mortgage!

Fast, simple, minimal contact.

Patty and her team at Thrive Mortgage are amazing! We utilized their services in 2012 to purchase a home, and in 2019 and again in 2020 to take advantage of the dropping interest rates on our new home. They have literally saved us tens of thousands of dollars on our mortgage. The refinance process was fast, smooth, and pain-free! And with the changing times in 2020, they have refined their process to make it 99% contact free. The only face to face interaction for our refinance was final closing in our home, where the notary came to us with the documents that required wet ink signature. All other contact, which was minimal, was done virtually/electronically, and From initial contact the final close was only about 30 days. Thank you again, Patty and team, for being there for us! You’re the best!
