The Loan Designer team did a fantastic job of communicating and completing our refinance. This is truly a TEAM. We worked with multiple people in a clearly communicated way. The handoffs that occurred in the various stages of the refinance were seamless, meant to expedite the process and each team member was professional and expertly completed their portion. Many thanks to all who helped us! It's such a pleasant feeling to be refinanced at a lower rate!

I have never closed on a home and not had keys. No one could tell me specifically, who was working it, what needed to be done, and when I would get keys. I set in your parking lot re-arraigning my moving day waiting on "someone" to do "something". If I had known keys would not have been available I would have planned accordingly... just a last minute stress bomb and clearly no empathy or anyone willing to say "I'm working this for you"... Great service until I signed the last paperwork.

Very helpful during the entire process.

The “Team” approach may work for some people but we prefer having a single contact person. It seemed to slow things down and confused things. I understand that actions were taken to “fix” part of the problem and your company did what was necessary to close the deal at the end. Three months was just a very long time to close considering our stability, credit score, prompt responses to requests. Patty and Mark were very responsive.

Patty and her whole team were great to work with from beginning to end. My questions were answered quickly during the whole process. I would happily use them again!

Ms. Patty and her team went above and beyond from our initial phone call. Ms. Patty immediately ask why I was selling my home that I owned for 15 years.
