I have recently noticed a review that someone that has claimed to have had a bad experience with Patty Newby and I find it difficult to believe and there are always two sides to a story. In all my past (numerous) contracts which Patty has handled for my clients, never has she earned less than a 5-Star Rating. Many times, the client does not understand the terms of contracts and they try to turn things around and are not being truthful with what they are stating. Trust me, I have been there and have had this happen to me, where someone was not happy with the outcome, which is not the fault of the person representing them. Very often people only hear what they want to hear and not the facts. Realtors, Lenders, Home Inspectors, and many others in the Real Estate Industry who take our industry seriously, which I know Patty does, is not being treated fairly by someone that likely does not understand what they have agreed to. Real Estate is heavily regulated and we as professionals keep very good records and are buttoned up should we have to defend ourselves. However, anyone can make claims on Google Reviews which are NOT at all accurate. I write this because it makes me steam when this happens. Our clients are VERY Important to us, and we bend over backwards to not only meet, but exceed our clients' expectations. Patty is one of those lenders that I have and will continue to refer my client to regardless of what one disgruntled client that is likely misstating her experience.

Patty and her team offer Great Communication and Follow Up. Never leaves you wondering or guessing as to things They take the pressure of buying a house off of your back as they have your back!

Great people - Great process!

Fast, efficient, accurate

Besides a very good realtor, Patty and her team are the other partner you want to have by your side when home hunting, specially in a crazy seller market like the onw we are currently in. They start collecting all info way before you have your offer accepted so as when it finally happens, they are able to close in the shortest time. I spoke to about 5 people in the company and all of them were very helpful and nice every time (I had so many doubts!!) They even called the seller realtor to let them know we were trustable and funding could be done in 3 weeks which probably helped our offer to be selected. On the contrary to what I thought before going through the whole process, the lender is not just there to give you the pre-approval letter and then the final loan. They are there holding one of your hands (the other one is being held by your realtor) during the whole exhausting, difficult and long process and - believe me - you will need all the help you can get.

The Whole Team was very help!

Lacks in honesty, communication, listening skills. Between my spouse and I, they pulled 14 hard credit pulls in a total of 6 months. They are holding our first mortgage payment to our new servicer. Do not use them for new construction loans.

It felt like there were too many moving parts. Too many members of the team working with us that it seems information did not always travel appropriately or all the way. There were several times I had to reach out to get updates on something that I found in an email that no one had discussed with us. Other than that, everyone was always polite and courteous.
