Overall my experience was great as each individual I dealt with was more than helpful and extremely knowledgeable. That said, I did find that there were so many different people I was dealing with between Mortgage, Title, etc, that it seemed like information was not always shared among those that needed it. For me, that part got a bit confusing. Calling out Irma and Mark for going above and beyond! Thank you

I loved the user friendly App that made it simple to upload documents from my phone or laptop. Zack was great to work with by listening to my goals, questions and working to make it happen. The entire team was amazing.
