Great Follow thru and it was the most painless mortgage I’ve ever gotten.

Did a great job closing on time. We were repeatedly asked for documents we previously provided and uploaded to the system and dealing with like 5 people in the course of the loan funding was excessive. Had to follow up on questions in the last week about the final closing process etc, if we cc'd Patty in an email her staff removed her before replying but we only cc'd because previous non responsiveness.

Patty was very responsive and knowledgeable with our needs. She was also able to get answers and responses from my builder that I was having difficulties getting answers and communications from. Such as approximate closing dates

The process was fast, easy to understand. The web portal and app were amazing! Uploading documents was a breeze.

It was ok because the team worked really hard to close in a short period of time, which I very much appreciated. The parts about the service that were less than ideal. 1.) I was told I was being locked into a particular rate and I didn’t receive that rate 2.)I was told the company had a particular loan type for physician and it turns out that the company didn’t have it 3.) when I was asked why I wasn’t able to get the physician loan I was given a superfluous response and when I asked why I didn’t get the rate I was previously locked into- The response I received was that I better be lucky I got locked into the rate I received- so my early experience was less than idea. 4.) two days to closing,I asked for an update on where things are and if we would be able to close- I received a number of youtube videos that were not beneficial. Overall, I’m really happy with the turn around time, but the communication was poor.
