The front end of the process is awesome. the website is great. uploading documents was nice. Receiving emails from Patty as things progressed was awesome. It was the last day. We had been clear to close with congradulation email a week before and the very last couple days was unnecessary. I felt staff was struggling to understand documents. It was unnerving. If we could delete the last couple days it would have been 5 star. Patty is available at all times for anyone. She deserves 10 stars.

Patty was very thorough with our buyers to design a loan that met their needs. Certainly not a one size fits all lender. She was able to guide our clients into a perfect loan with competitive rates. I will refer her again!

Patty advised us to lock th einterest rates. Even if it costed me extra money initially, it was worth doing as interest rates have gone up at the time of closure. Patty's information videos on the different phases of mortgage process were quite helpful for both of us. Patty was always available to answer any questions promptly during the loan application and approval process. Kudos to Patty and her team. You guys rock!
