Had a couple emails go unanswered which lead to closing date confusion and information/documents that were not gotten on time.

Everything was great. Two things I’d reccomend. 1. Having a chain email wasn’t very efficient I would have preferred to have it all uploaded to the portal. 2. Getting my CD one hour before the banks close the day before closing really stressed me out. If those were corrected it would have went from great to excellent.
