Patty ensured that our we were informed at every step in the process it was her teams quick thinking that allowed us to lock in our rate saving us thousands of dollars. This was over a two-year process and her team never tired of us and we were able to close on our new home in 2022!

Patty and her team was AMAZING from start to finish. Nothing sky if HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY, and RELIABLE. I even referred a family member who was with a different lender and Patty and her team were honest that they couldn’t help her or give her a better interest rate because she DIDN’T do a rate lock like I did. If I had to do it all over again I would. I truly enjoyed working with Patty and her whole team.

Patty and her team was simply AMAZING. From getting me into my home and being INFORMATIVE & TRUSTWORTHY during the whole process. I even tried to help my family member who was with another company but Patty realized she didn’t have a better offer/interest rate because she DIDN’T lock in like I did and told them the HONEST truth. If I had to go through this whole process again it’ll definitely be with Patty and her team. Thanks again for all the help and team work each of you all put in. Take it from me having a horrible realtor but an awesome lender.
I have had 2 home purchases and 1 refinance in the past and all of those experiences were so frustrating because it is such a difficult process (and each time I vowed NEVER to do it again). BUT that wasn't the case with Patty and her team. I am not exagerating when I say she made the process so much easier. Even when we had snags (which all cases realistically have) they were so smoothly handled. Even my realitor who was hesitant to work with a mortgage broker she was unfamiliar with, said that Patty was one of the best, especially in communication and promptness. I am proud to say that now Patty is on my realtor's list of preferred brokers to work with (I feel like I made a "love connection." lol.) I feel blessed that I found her and will be happy to refer others to use Patty as well; so they too can experience such a painless home buying process.
