I never actually spoke with Patty so I can’t really give any feedback regarding the service. It wasn’t a bad experience. I just didn’t speak with her.

I had a great experience with the designer team but the under writer sucked and kept asking for things that did not make sense. Also I was initially pre approved for 960k and then at the last moment the under writer had me pre approve for 1.2 mil just because the house appraised for that much. I am not spending or even taking a loan at that amount. To get pre approved again I had to pay off my wifes student loan and other cards which had 0% APR until next year. Total came out to over 30K. Besides this Zakh , Jes and Patty have communicated and were pleasant to work with. I am planning to sell my current house and buy a smaller house for investment and would love to work with thrive as long as I dont have to deal with the same under writer. We also plan to buy 1 investment house every year. Thank you again.

It would have been better if you all were more organized. There were too many people working on the same things. Being asked for things that were already submitted drove me/us crazy. Where did all of our information go? Being thorough is definitely not one of Thrive’s strong points. Trusting Thrive became a big concern as the process went on. I suggest all people involved with processing the loan to get on the same page - communicate, become aware of detail, & quit making so many mistakes. I would not refer anyone to Thrive.
