Sometimes a journey is defined by the obstacles overcome. We hit a few speed bumps along the way but Patty, Shawn, Tonya and others were there every step of the way. My wife and I are excited about our new home and appreciate the Thrive Team for all their hard work to get us across the finish line!!

Great Experience-Zach and Patty Great People

Zach and Patty made us feel like they had our back!

I never felt like I dealt with a single point of contact. "TheLoanDesigner" is not a proper email address to send my questions and concerns. I also was inundated with "urgent, need for closing" emails of documents I had to sign. I know I needed to sign a lot, but why not list more of them that will be coming? After the first round, there was never an indication or even some FAQ-type instructions of additional documents that may be needed. My wife and I felt overwhelmed. Plus, I heard from about 4-5 folks; it should have been 1-2 tops. I think I was generous in my rankings, and an 8 out of 10 should be good. Even this survey sent me an annoying reminder 3 times. Apparently, my time is not valuable enough, but I guess the business side of it is.

Patty and her team communicated with us every step of the way. I really appreciate all of their attention and understanding with all of my questions as a first time homebuyer. 10/10 recommend to everyone wanting to buy a home!
