This was my third home with Patty and the most difficult one. The team pulled us through at the same time she was planning a wedding. The lady is a treasure both personally and professionally.

The best!!!!!

We work with a loan officer for over a year paying things off and getting our credit situated. We still were not able to get a loan. Found Patty and within 2 week we were approve for a loan. She knows her stuff. I would highly recommend her!

Great Experience

I was a single woman buying a house for the first time on my own. Patty and her team were with me every step of the way and even obtaining some of the documentation I was unable to find.

I worked with Patty and her team on my new home purchase. They were extremely responsive, guided me every step of the way and were a pleasure to work with. When Patty asks you if she can talk to you like you're family, listen, because you are about to get some really good advice. I would absolutely work with her again and will refer her to anyone I know.

Quick and Easy

This is the second time I've worked with Patty in just over a year, so that tells you that I totally trust and depend upon her. Patty talks fast (which I like!), but when we get to a part I don't understand, she breaks it down, and we don't move forward until I've got it. But honestly, she worked with me so much up front that everything is pretty easy to understand. The worst part is getting copies of your life history and having to send it, but can't be helped, and that's the rules! Patty was able to help me keep my sense of humor throughout this process and calm me down when necessary. She's very organized and everything moved through on schedule. When I had some ethics questions about things the buyers were doing I turned to Patty, and she stepped up and guided all parties-that was above and beyond her loan process obligations to me and I'm very grateful for her help. Patty should be the first person anyone calls; you won't regret it for a minute.

Great Experience with complicated loan.

Patty and her team did a terrific job with a recent refi I did on one of my investment properties. Being self employed as the owner of multiple small businesses, my loan was more difficult than your average loan but Patty and her team guided me through the process.
