Georgetown Mortgage is awesome!

Patty Newby & all the others at Georgetown Mortgage were extremely helpful! Patty did a video conference call with us & explained everything! I have never had anyone really explain it like she did. At closing, everything was electronic! NO hand cramps from signing, just clicking the mouse! This was by far the easiest experience my husband & I have ever had!

Patty Newby and her team move mountains to ensure her clients get the best loan designed for their needs. That's why they call her the loan designer. I didn't even think I could qualify to refinance my loan, so I wasn't in the market for a Mortgage Broker. I was in a meeting where I heard her say she was looking for Veterans to help with their mortgage needs, so I told her I was a Vet and was curious why she had a heart to support Veterans, and what was so compelling about a VA Loan that was so compelling. As a disabled Veteran, I had used the VA to buy my first home, but didn't think my existing mortgage would qualify. I saved thousands on my closing costs due to my VA Disability (I didn't even know that waiver existed!) Patty says "I am your advocate. I do the research and take any steps necessary to ensure you receive the best possible loan solution for your exact situation." I think I had to present her team with the most complicated circumstances in her career...5 companies, 2 people, so many tax returns, etc....and as if that wasn't bad enough, SO MANY THINGS CHANGED on my end during the process, and Patty just took it in stride, and zigged/zagged, kept her word, and went above and beyond what anyone would expect from a SAINT...and she truly changed my life. I'm saving over $1k a month on my mortgage! The most amazing part about Patty Newby is she TRULY CARES ABOUT HER CLIENTS. She had advice for me on other areas of my life where I could save money, or get more for my dollar, and treated my like her best friend, not just a number. She is not just another mortgage broker, she is a life changer. I wouldn't recommend ANYONE ELSE but Patty Newby, Dwight Newby and Team Newby for VA / FHA Loans, Construction Loans, Conventional Lending, Home Loans, Commercial Loans and Jumbo Loans. She ROCKS!

I've purchased several homes over the years and this was by far the easiest process. Documents can be easily uploaded electronically into their internal system and most everything was paperless.
