Overall our lending process went very smoothly. We started off working with Brian and he helped put our minds at ease and make us feel confident in our first time home buying process. We had many questions and he was patient and knowledgeable. The entire team was so helpful through the entire process. The one thing that I would change are the automated emails and videos that you receive about the buying process. They were impersonal and confusing to us since they were not always on our timeline.

I liked how you made sure that everything was done in my best interest.
