It is so comforting to have a resource like Patty. She's unbiased, and forth right in her advice. She's not the type of person that is trying to make a buck at any cost. She cares and she'll show you what you need to know to make a good decision. She and her team are timely, cooperative, and on top of their game. This is my third transaction with her and her team. My suggestion would be better communication throughout the process. Buying a house can be stressful and without thorough communication it can cause much more, unneeded, stress and anxiety as you move through the process.

The overall team was very helpful in getting the process completed on in a short time frame. This was helpful considering we had to move in the house in less than 3 weeks.

I can't say enough about Patty Newby and her Team at Thrive Mortgage. From the very first conversation I had with Patty, I knew I made the right choice. Patty and her team are attentive, responsive and very creative at looking at all options available. There is truth to being the Loan Designer. With a complex Build loan, Patty and Team walked me through the process step by step. They didn't do this via phone only, they actually walked me through presentations which were extremely helpful. One of the things I appreciate the most is that when I have a question, I receive timely responses and there is always someone I can work with. You will be taken care of by Team Newby!!! I am surprised to see so many positive reviews as ours was far from positive. Hopefully we were just a fluke and this company usually does better business. The only reason I finally decided to write a review is because after telling them directly that we had a bad experience we continued getting template-style emails with requests to write one, so here we are... My husband and I just purchased our 3rd home and we used Thrive as our lender. It was a complicated process and never in our previous experiences did we have to deal with SO many people to close. I often didn’t know who to reach out to about what. We asked to only deal with someone else on the team after an uncomfortable experience with the first person we worked with, but the first person continued contacting us. We almost backed out of our home purchase completely due to the experience.

From the very first phone call that was made, Patty and her team were amazing. She went through all of the may details that come with securing a home loan. She made sure that all of my questions were answered and she worked diligently to make sure that we obtained the best loan for our family. Her and all of her team were professional, courteous, and had open communication during the entire process. I highly recommend Thrive Mortgage for your home loan needs!
