Over the years I have encountered many "Orphaned Consumers"-those that are victims of a strictly transactional relationship, where their previous Loan Officer was only interested in getting them to the closing table and they have not received any mortgage and financing advice since. That's why I created the "Loan Orphanage" where all of the above types of consumers are welcomed to be adopted into my mortgage practice.
