Wade and his team (Patrice and Felisa) are exceptional and made the process incredibly easy for us. From talking to the listing agent on a Sunday evening to help massage our offer, to walking us through our financing options, and working on a listing many states away, their attentiveness to us and our needs, as well as their customer service (particularly the Tuesday .
