Wade Betz is an AMAZING loan officer. I am a Coldwell Banker Realtor and without a GREAT loan officer a Realtor would starve. Wade has made it possible for some of my Clients who had limited resources or just barely the credit to become home owners. I had a Client in May of 2020 who worked for Bank of America. She was approved by Bank of America to buy but then because of all the uncertainty in the mortgage markets they pulled her Pre-Approval. We were actually under contract to buy a home so I took her to Wade. From day one Wade was his usual cool , calm and collected professional self. The listing agent was freaking out since they thought Bank of America knew something bad about the Client and yet somehow Wade got her to trust him and he did what even Bank Of America said should not be done.
