Wade Betz helped me navigate the very confusing financial process of purchasing my home last October. Mine was especially crazy because it was a VA home loan purchase, AND I did everything virtually from out of state. I could not be more pleased with not only the professionalism, but with the subject matter knowledge of Wade and his team. He also continually checked in on me to give me status of my refinance and to see if I had any questions. He was able to get me a lower interest rate than some other big lenders and the process also went much fast and we closed several weeks ahead of what I was expecting. I don’t often write reviews, but I have to hand it to my man Wade, he helped us greatly on my first ever home purchase and I have to give a shout out to recommend him - He made what was to me a complex and daunting process go extremely smoothly. I recall how at ease we were to have that part squared away, when at the time finding the right home for us to purchase was a bit of a challenge, the finance/mortgage part with Wade was actually an enjoyable experience. We really appreciated his ability to communicate and his use of modern tools to explain mortgage process remotely even when we couldn’t meet face-to-face. He walked us through the process explaining the details with some superhero-level patience. I recommend him to everyone any time the topic of mortgage comes up.
