I went to Wade never expecting to be approved. I asked if he was able to check my credit and see what I needed to fix to be able to take the next step. A year later my wife and I were signing our closing papers. We purchased a home during the worst time to be a buyer in the market. With the help of Wade and our Realtors, they made it possible. Wade was honest and gave very conservative responses to all my questions. He never tried to paint me a fake picture and helped out so much in the long run. Wade, his team and my realtors made the impossible (truly impossible at the time), possible. I would recommend Wade Betz to anyone wanting to begin their journey to homeownership.

As a family that hasn't had to go through the mortgage process in almost 15 years, Mr. Betz did not explain the loan process in detail and was often unavailable throughout the process. The automatic messages led to confusion and the team jumped the gun more than once giving us incorrect answers as the liaison between ourselves and the title company. We resubmitted duplicate information (I.E. Drivers license) more than once, we were not given final financials until late night before closing, even though I had told them we needed 24-48 hours notice on closing for our bank. He did not want to review both seller and purchaser numbers (only purchaser numbers), he did not make sure the title company had followed through with what they should have (example: home warranty was never paid by and new survey wasn't submitted by sellers) We spent time correcting information that was incorrect on loan application, only to get to closing and have items not corrected. My name was incorrectly spelled and Mr. Betz at closing was very flippant about it. My name has a ñ, while it may not appear a big deal to him, it is my legal spelling of my name. It was a very frustrating process and the only team member we feel did their job to the best of their ability was Rosa. She is the only reason that they received a two as well as why we didn't walk away from the sale. Our realtor was the only person that explained to us in detail how the loan would work. (We are lucky we had one that used to be on the financial side of mortgages) There was very little acceptance of blame by Mr. Betz, most blame was referred back on to the title company, but the title company was not the one representing us in securing our loan, Mr. Betz' company was. I would not recommend using them for your mortgage needs.

Wade and Natasha are absolute rockstars and were amazing to work with throughout the entire home buying process. Their response time and ability to answer any question I had was what impressed me the most. They were beyond accommodating to every need I had. I would absolutely recommend Wade and his team at Nexa Mortgage to anyone looking to purchase a home. Trust me when I say, you will not be disappointed!

This is crucial in today’s market sometimes you need an adjustment to your approval or a knowledgeable person to explain how a VA loan works and all the perks that benefit both buyer and seller. Wade was a key element in our offer being selected for our recent purchase. He reached out to both realtors to provide essential information that made our offer the most attractive even though it was not even the highest. My family wouldn’t have the home we are in now without the Betz team to offer their outstanding skill set. Wade also offers all loan types even if your not purchasing through the VA you can still take advantage of an expeditious broker that will be happy to accommodate your needs. I wouldn’t use anyone else.
