Great experience working with the team at Thrive

We had an awesome experience up until the very last day. I think member's of Tristan's team (Jacquie) were awesome and very accessible at answering all the questions that come up for new home buyers. My review is slightly tainted due to the earnest money that was missed in the final disclosure and the previous 'estimated' disclosures not properly reflecting the home insurance. I think the buyer had to ask a lot of questions, and maybe some more information could have been provided up front.

Tristan and his team made my first home purchase so smooth and exciting. They were quick and patient about any questions I had. They worked hard to get my loan through the process quickly but diligently. Thank you for all you guys have done!

1. Asking multiple times for highly sensitive information with my SSN and bank account info to be sent via email vice the secure portal 2. Some documents required upload to secure portal, some to email 3. Requests to resign documents multiple times with no explanation other than "they were supposed to call you about that." 4. Autogenerated emails which were inaccurate to where we were in the process 5. Asking for documents multiple times both via secure portal and via email

Tristan and his assistant, Amanda were absolutely wonderful to work with. I highly recommend him to anyone!! Such an awesome experience especially since I was moving from another state!!

Went pretty smooth up until the last 24 hours before closing. Then between underwriters and mortgage calls and e-mails, I doubted at one point it was going to happen. I "closed" at 9 AM and 5L00 PM that day I was still getting inquiries for financial information and employment verification.

My husband and I were first time home buyers and Tristan and his staff were willing to answer every question and go above and beyond with their service. We knew exactly what we needed to do and what to expect. I could not have felt more comfortable with this process!
