Tristan responded incredibly quick to address all of our questions and concerns. I loved the portal that Thrive offered us to use - it was easy to understand, upload, and see all the communications. We wanted to see a few different price breakdowns and Tristan was always able to provide that in a quick turnaround. During our closing process, he was able to call and explain every step of the way. He never got frustrated with us. He was WONDERFUL to work with!

Survey was probably negatively affected by the fact that this was done long distance. Im sure you provided excellent service and information but it was complicated working with two people and having so many variables to deal with having parties in two locations. Overall, I would rate you higher than the survey indicates. Your team of people was always helpful and encouraging over the phone. Communications can get complicated but no fault of yours.
