Tom Bass and his team made our mortgage process with buying our house a breeze. They were very knowledgeable and kept us very informed during the entire process. Even though Tom had a very unfortunate terrible accident during our home buying process, he still made every effort to keep check in and keep us informed. only closed on condo a week and a half ago and moved in a couple days ago... but so far no problems with the lender... got the loan!!! it was a pretty pain free process. tom and his staff were great and very helpful...always answered any questions and always in a timely manner.
