LET ME GIVE A LITTLE BACKGROUND OF OURSELVES, IM 63 YEARS OLD AND NEVER THOUGHT THAT I WOULD BE ABLE TO PURCHASE A HOME.THREE YEARS AGO MY LIFE WAS THROWN INTO TURMOIL, WE WERE PROMISED A HOME THAT WE LIVED IN FOR 18 YEARS FROM OUR PREVIOUS LANDLORD THAT HE WOULD SELL ME THE PROPERTY..UNBEKNOWNST TOO US OUR LANDLORD SOLD THE PROPERTY TO AN INVESTER..ONE DAY I CAME HOME AND THERE WAS A RED FLYER ON MY DOOR. STATING THAT IT WAS UP FOR AUCTION AND WE HAD 30 DAYS TO MOVE.SO WE SCRAMBLED ENOUGH FINANCES TOGETHER AND WE WERE ABLE TO MOVE TO ANOTHER RENTAL..I GUESS WE WERE NAIVE THE OWNER OF THAT RENTAL SAID THAT SHE WAS NOT GOING TO SELL HER HOME SINCE IT WAS IN THE FAMILY FOR 50 YEARS..BUT AFTER A YEAR OF LIVING THERE SHE SOLD IT!! SO I WAS UPSET BECAUSE WE HAD JST GATHERED THIS MONEY TO MOVE HERE AND THEN WE HAD TO MOVE AGAIN..WHICH WE WASTED APPROX.$12,000 DOLLARS BEING THERE..SO THE ONLY OPTION THAT I FELT AT MY AGE WAS THAT WE NEEDED STABILITY AND THAT MEANT WE NEEDED TO SAVE MORE MONEY TO PURCHASE A HOME..THATS WERE OLIVIA AND TOM CAME TO OUR RESCUE..I COULDNT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT SUCH GOOD PEOPLE THAT GAVES US PROFESSIONAL ADVICE AND HELPED US UNDERSTAND THE BUYING PROCESS SINCE I HAD NEVER PURCHASED A HOME BEFORE..ONCE OLIVIA WITH ALL HER ENERGY FOUND US A HOME SHE TURNED US OVER TO TOM BASS TO ME WHEN I MET HIM HE WAS LAID BACK AND VERY HUMBLED PERSON..I FELT COMFORTABLE WITH HIM RIGHT AWAY AND FOUND HIM TO BE VERY PROFESSIONAL.. I CAN ONLY TELL YOU FROM OUR EXPERIENCE THAT PURCHASING A HOME WAS VERY STRESSFULL FOR ME..BUT TOM KEPT REASSURING ME THAT EVERYTHING WOULD BE OKAY..HIS STAFF WAS OUTSTANDING, THEY COMMUNICATED WITH US NO MATTER WHAT QUESTIONS WERE ASKED..AND NO MATTER WHAT TIME OF DAY OR NIGHT HE WAS, AVAILABLE TO ME..I WAS A WRECK HE WAS CALM AND EXPLAINED EVERY PROCESS THAT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN..WHICH I KNEW BY THAT TIME EVERYTHING WAS GOING TOO BE OKAY..AFTER 14 MONTHS OF LIVING IN OUR HOME WERE STILL RECEIVING HOLIDAY, BIRTHDAY CARDS FROM HIM AND HIS STAFF SENDING US BEST WISHES..WE ARE SO GRAFEFUL AND APPRECIATIVE FOR TOM'S HARD DILIGENCE..THANK YOU, AND BLESSINGS FROM THE ANGULO FAMILY
