Our contract called for a close date of April 5th but we needed to move so asked to move it up to 3/27 and it happened and we were able to move when we needed to.

Patty has so much expertise and helps you evaluate the best loan program for you. She offers so many different packages. Patty and her team really made my process seamless. They provide you with an online account that allows you to track your entire process and review your documents as they are completed. We were even able to do an electronic escrow with notarized documents to expedite the closing time. I highly recommend Patty. She is professional and fun to work with!
