The other guys said it couldn't be done. Patty Newby - theLoan Designer - and her team made it happen for us. We are so thankful and blessed to have been helped by Patty & her team. She made us feel like we were the #1 client and she was there every step of the way. We honestly feel so thankful to have been referred to Patty Newby with Thrive Mortgage. We also can't wait for the Thanksgiving Pie!

My calls were returned immediately. I was made to feel important throughout the process. Patty has put together a great team and they are very smooth together. There was zero drama and from start to finish was very fast. You absolutely cannot go wrong choosing Patty Newby to design a loan for you. V. Kinsey
