I don’t write reviews often, but Sean absolutely deserves one. Sean helped me secure the loan that allowed me to purchase SaltWood Bluff, my grandparents’ former home and a property that has always meant a tremendous amount to me personally. That loan became the foundation for much of what I’ve built since. Sean Stanfield and his team were terrific to work with from the loan application process all the way through to the closing. He is very competent, great to work with, and an excellent communicator - as are the rest of his team members. Sean also worked in lock step with our realtor to ensure that our loan fit our specific needs. We required a 14-day closing which was aggressive, but Sean and his team made certain that closing occurred well before the 14 day deadline! He was very adept at communicating with us every step of the way via cellphone, email and text. I would recommend his company and Sean Stanfield to anyone seeking an outstanding, responsive lender.
