We were already under contract on a new build with a major builder and had only about a month left before closing — a timeline that honestly felt impossible. Not only did Manny confidently step in, he delivered. He beat the builder’s lender by almost a full percentage point on our interest rate, which will literally save us thousands over the life of the loan.
From our very first conversation, Manny exceeded expectations. He didn’t just talk numbers, he gave us a big-picture plan focused on meeting the builder’s closing deadline. He was completely transparent about every potential challenge we could face, but also clear that if we committed to working with him, he would go above and beyond to make it happen. And we are SO glad we trusted him.
Lisa was equally amazing. She walked us through the behind-the-scenes process step-by-step all the way to the very last day of closing. She made sure every document was correct and coordinated across all parties, and she consistently updated our disclosures so we always knew our exact cash-to-close amount. That level of communication removed so much stress from the process.
This team is diligent, honest, and incredibly responsive. Yet, I will say this: as the borrower you also have to do your part. Have your documents ready and respond quickly, and you will receive truly stellar service.
