Your clients leave you reviews on Google, Zillow, Experience.com, and more. Those reviews work hard for you there, but now you can do more with them. You can now import and display those same reviews on Housing Link.
Sample reviews, shown for demonstration
“She answered the phone every single time, even on a Sunday. We never once felt like a number.”
“Sent us one link with everything in it. My wife and I both had it open on our phones at the walkthrough.”
“Explained the rate lock three different ways until I actually understood it. First time that has happened.”
“Closed nine days early. The updates came before I thought to ask for them.”
We re-built our Review infrastructure from the ground up. You can now import reviews from multiple sources. Connect each source once and Housing Link will continuously import and sync review data. Reviews are automatically displayed on your Housing Link profile and pages.
The reviews on your Business Profile listing. You sign in with Google and choose which of your locations to pull from.
Request access →Your lender reviews on Zillow, matched by your NMLS number. Available to NMLS license holders.
Reviews from your Experience.com account, using Experience.com’s new V3 API. Available to Experience.com enterprise customers.
Reviews assigned to you in Birdeye, matched by your employee email.
Our most requested integration is Google Business Profile. Users with an active subscription can request access to the Beta and begin importing reviews once approved.
You sign in with Google and grant business.manage, which is what Google requires to read the reviews on a Business Profile listing. You then choose which locations to pull from.
Your account and location names. For each review: the star rating, the text, when it was written and last updated, the reviewer’s display name and photo, and your reply if you wrote one.
Housing Link does not post, edit, or delete anything on your Business Profile, and reads no other Google product. Your Google data is never sold, shared, used for advertising, or used to train AI models.
You can disconnect any time from your integration settings. That revokes the token with Google and ends access completely. Reviews already imported will continue to display until you archive them.
The full detail is in our Privacy Policy. Our use of Google user data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
