Mortgage process made easy

Edmund Mawhinney was a pleasure to deal with. Home buying is a very stressful process. Edmund made the mortgage process almost easy. He patiently and thoroughly answered all of my questions. He was very accessible. He kept me informed every step of the way. I can't think of anything else he could've done to make the process easier. He wa excellent.

In a truly insane process, Ed was beyond informative, he really knew his stuff!! My husband & I would highly recommend working with Edmund Mawhinney of PrimeLending. He was professional and on top of getting all our documents together for our renovation refinance. He was always available to answer questions or give us updates. I am happy to report that we closed our loan yesterday and are on our way to start renovating our home!

I am very grateful with Edmund because he helped me find a loan for the house I was looking to buy. Whenever I had a question about anything, he was always able to answer them without any problems. What made the process better and easier for me was that he was in constant communication with my real estate attorney and home realtor, so there wasn't much misunderstanding and made the process faster. He also helped me to find a great loan to renovate the house. He is part of a team that is very flexible and efficient and friendly. I don't mean to ramble but I would definitely recommend him 100%.
