Adam Heany, he is a Saviour!

I went through miseries for 32 days and I was saved by Adam in 12 days! CLOSED in 12 days!!! 12 DAYS! It was unbelievable. From the day I was referred, this team never stopped working. Adam was in the meeting , I remember him working in the background as I had an urgency and risk of losing my offer. I was valued from Day 1. to top it off , Adam locked me in a much lower rate which gave me a promising $300 dollar savings every month. I have had such a great experience working with Adam, both during our home purchase last summer and our refinance this year. I love that Adam contacted me to let me know when rates dropped low enough for him to do a no-cost refinance, no research or market-watching necessary on my part. He was proactive and able to complete the refinance before the market got congested and rates shot back up! I love that Adam kept me informed and educated every step of the way, incorporating easy-to-understand videos, charts, and graphs. I love that Adam communicated to me regarding every delay, even in the middle of the Covid-19 crisis. He made sure he fulfilled the terms he had offered us, even when there was a delay requiring a rate lock extension, at increased cost to himself. Adam Heaney truly and genuinely cares about his clients. He went above and beyond in helping us with the loan and purchasing home process. He is committed to the military veteran community. My husband and I were first time home buyers using a VA loan. Adam helped guide us from step one, getting pre-approved to the last step, escrow and finalizing the loan and home purchase. Even after closing, he has followed up with us by calling to make sure things are going well with our move, our new home and for any questions we may have. He is an expert in the home qualifying and purchasing home process with the VA loan. Adam kept us well informed during the entire process and was always available for any questions. Replies were quick, even during weekends. Qualifying for a mortgage loan is stressful, but we were and are still grateful to have had Adam on our side. We most definitely recommend Adam to everyone, specially military veterans. You will not be disappointed!

A rate that can't be beat!

I shopped around for mortgage rates, including one provider that claimed they could beat anybody's costs by $1,000 otherwise I would receive $1,000 from them. Guess what, I'm going to be getting that $1k check because they couldn't beat Adam's rates and fees. Beyond knowing that I got the best deal out there, Adam was highly responsive to all my questions, communicating and updating me even on nights and weekends. I highly recommend and endorse Adam as a professional mortgage broker with a highly personal touch.

This was the second time around purchasing a home and I knew the hardest part was dealing with the financing. With Adam he made things so effortless that he made things easier to understand and went above and beyond by explaining things in great detail. He even answered many of our questions late at night and weekends. He was always upfront and notified me immediately with any changes. I will definitely be using Adam again when I refinance later on.
