Wade and team are A#1! I used a different company on my last deal and I am back to Wade. Enough said.
We have been in our dream home for about 3 weeks now and we owe it all to Wade. We have financed homes through him more than once and this one is the pinnacle! As a veteran family, we relied heavily on Wade and his team to guide us through the process. To say he works magic is an understatement. But it’s not magic that makes the loan come to fruition - it’s deep and vast knowledge of the VA loan program and its intricacies. Before our home search even began, Wade was able to tell us what was possible and give us options no other lender could in a very complex loan scenario. No local bank or national lender could do what Wade was able to do, not only because he knows more about the VA program but also because of his network of investors. He is a reassuring and solid presence throughout the process and sees you through from start to finish. He helped us prepare for our purchase and once we found our dream home, the financing was already sorted and everything fell into place just as he had planned. If you’re a veteran, the VA loan program is a wonderful benefit but using it requires knowledge that the average lender simply does not possess.
