Communication about the whole process flow, from start to finish would be helpful. It was very one-sided - "sign these documents" - "send us these things" - "wait" There was little explanation of the "why" behind actions

Linda and Laila are great communicators and walked me through the the process thru a successful outcome. I would and have recommended Linda to my friends and colleagues.

We have done numerous refi’s over the years and this was the worst experience ever! Terrible communication, constant and “urgent” requests, no respect for our time (or excellent FICO) and ridiculous hurdles to jump over. The final paperwork with the notary took over 2 hours! We had to sign next to where we had already signed on docusign! We had to manually fill out information we had previously completed on other forms! Get with the 21st century!

Linda is the consummate professional. We used her to finance the sale of our new home 18 months ago, and now decided to use her again to refinance. Understanding we were completing our transaction in the middle of a global pandemic, I was expecting confusion and delays. None of that manifested itself. Linda was responsive, informative, and patient with my questions and always followed up whenever I needed help. She is, practically....perfect in every way.

Lack of communication through the process and no explanations for urgent requests only to have her ask for the same thing five, sometimes six times (even though we promptly uploaded it AND sent it to her). Too many excuses when the ball was dropped on her end by her team (we are all working through the pandemic, and having to figure out how to work remotely. It's not a valid excuse!) Lack of understanding or empathy. General lack of customer service. Horrible experience!
