How it Works

1. Become an Affiliate

Submit an application to join our affiliate program. Once approved, you'll receive a unique coupon code to share with your audience.

2. Earn Commissions

Earn 10% commission on all qualifying purchases from customers who use your coupon code. Recurring subscriptions pay commissions for up to 36 months.

3. Receive Payments

Receive monthly payments for commissions earned 60-90 days prior. Payments are sent via PayPal to the email address in your Referrals settings area.

What happens after I submit an application?

We review all applications within 3-5 business days. We're currently accepting a limited number of affiliates who can drive quality traffic and meet our guidelines. Approved applicants will receive an email with next steps.

Why would an application be rejected?

An application will be rejected if you:

  • Fail to reply to inquiries from Housing Link regarding your application.
  • Fail to provide a website, blog, or link on your application.
  • Appear to not be the legitimate website or property owner.
  • Provide a URL to a website that is still under construction.

Additional reasons an application may be rejected include, but are not limited to a website or content that:

  • Does not meet Housing Link volume and requirements.
  • Infringes Housing Link or third-party trademark rights.
  • Contains sexually explicit material.
  • Contains hate, violence or offensive content.
  • Promotes discrimination.
  • Promotes illegal activities or otherwise violates any applicable laws.
  • Appropriates text or images from Housing Link’s websites or stores.
  • Fails to clearly state an online privacy policy to visitors.
  • Uses misleading or fraudulent means to prompt clicks.
  • Includes a Housing Link trademark in your domain name.
  • Includes other inappropriate elements.

What is deemed inappropriate is at the sole discretion of Housing Link.

How do I find my coupon code?

Log into your Housing Link account and navigate to Referrals > Coupons to find your unique affiliate code.

What are the payment terms and how quickly will I be paid?

Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal. Purchases must mature for 60 days before payout to account for refunds and cancellations.
